Workshop: How to Create a Proof of Concept, Run a Pilot, & Measure Impact

Are you in the process of designing a new program, product, service or organization? Once you feel good about your prototype and have tested and refined it with real users, the next step is to design and create a Proof of Concept (POC) or run a Pilot with partners and end-users. In this workshop, you will learn what it takes to design a POC and run a Pilot, the variables that need to be considered, and how to bring key stakeholders into the process.

In addition to testing how all the parts of your solution work together in action, it’s also extremely important that you capture key metrics in order to measure impact. In this session, we will also outline how to create an impact framework that focuses on the specific indicators and metrics needed to assess your solution’s impact.

This workshop is a stand-alone 3-hour session, but can be used as a prelude to our Lasting Impact Programs.
